It’s been a minute since a new Robotastic! book was released. A lot has happened since then both in the world and for me… Events, comedy, tv script wins and film productions. Plus my most recent non-Robotastic! book Squirrels in Antarctica has been an amazing adventure in finding its audience.

For the kids, parents, educators, friends, and fellow humans who love Robotastic! the wait for book #4 in the series is about to be up.

I’m super proud of this book. I started writing it in January 2025 at an SCBWI writers’ retreat in San Simeon. It was a fantastic retreat on a chilly weekend. (Highly recommend.) Truthfully, I had a few false starts in writing this new book, but when the story for Summer of Screens found me, I was off to the races.

The message of finding things to do outside of screens is one we all need to hear now and again. Sometimes more than “now and again.” I hate to break it to you, but you’re staring at a screen right now.

Starting next week, I will be doing a Robotastic! event every other week at Tifa Chocolate & Gleato in Westlake Village.
